WELCOME

Located on the outskirts of the suburbs of Montreal among the agricultural lowlands of the St. Lawrence Valley, Ruisseau Robert Natural Reserve is made up of a dynamic patchwork of natural habitats spread over an area of approximately 48 hectares.

The Reserve exemplifies characteristics and ecological richness of its zone of vegetation and a surprising variety of trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants, as well as various wetlands, a wooded marsh located on the edge of the river, a variety of plants, fallow land and two streams.

The remarkable biodiversity of the Reserve attracts several species of birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects and fish.
